If you do not like your order, you can return it to us within 14 days. Please keep in mind that after the expiry of the withdrawal period, a return is no longer possible! We offer you two options to return your order:
Option 1: The registration of a return can be done via our return portal. You only have to enter the order number (example: #1234) and the postal code of the original delivery address. After, you will either receive a printable return label or a qr code that you can show at a post office. The return fee of €2.90 has to be covered by the buyer.
Option 2: You can choose a carrier of your choice to return your order. In this case we kindly ask you to fill in the return form and include it to your return so we can identify your order. The return costs have to be covered by you.
If you ever need to return an item because it is defective or was delivered incorrectly, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and reimburse you for the cost of the return. In this case, please contact our support team. Please note that for items that you have already washed or items with signs of use caused by you, we may claim a value replacement.
The invoice amount will always be refunded to the payment method you used to place the order.

Returns from zones 1, 2 and 3
If you do not like your order, you can return it to us within 14 days of receipt. After the expiry of the withdrawal period, a return is no longer possible. The cost of the return shipment must be paid by the buyer. If you have to return an item because it is defective or was delivered incorrectly, we will check this on a case-by-case basis and reimburse you for the cost of the return shipment. In this case, please contact our support team. Please note that for items that you have already washed or items with signs of use caused by you, we may claim a value replacement.
